VSTS 2010 is just around the corner, included in this release is a new product that will make both testers and developers very happy. Since the beginning VSTS/TFS has told a story of team communication, and that story is even more prevalent today. In the 2010 release Microsoft has included a product for testers called Test and Lab manager (code name Camano). We will show you how the communication between Testers and Developers has been taken to the next level.  To get the most out of this presentation, Developers should bring a tester and testers should bring a developer.  We will also be showing other new features coming in 2010 specifically for the Developer.

Debra Forsyth is a Senior QA Consultant with ObjectSharp Consulting. She excels in facilitating all phases of systems development ranging from object-oriented analysis, design and development through testing and ongoing project management. Debra is an experienced QA consultant and instructor with experience in IBM/Rational SQA Test Suite and Visual Studio Team System, Team Test Edition for the design, authoring and execution of automated testing.

Dave Lloyd is a senior partner and co-founder of ObjectSharp. He has 25 years experience in the IT industry designing and building software solutions for a large number of clients in varying industries. Dave is a seasoned project manager with a great deal of experience implementing process into development teams, from small and large ISV’s to in house development teams. Dave has also spent time during his career implementing test solutions for clients. Working with the most current automated test tools and implementing successful test environments. Dave brings to the table over 20 years of teaching experience.
